In-Store Pickup (Preferred Option)
We offer free in-store pickup for all boats and marine products at our dealership location. Customers can complete their purchase online or by phone and pick up their item at:

Pickup hours: M-F 9:00am – 6:00pm, Sat 10:00am – 4:00pm
You will receive a notification when your boat is ready for pickup. A valid ID and your order confirmation will be required. Delivery Options
Due to the size and nature of boats, shipping options are limited and may vary by model and location.

• Local Delivery:
  Available within 250 miles of our dealership. Delivery charges will vary based on distance and boat size. Contact us for a quote.
• Third-Party Transport:
  We can assist in arranging third-party delivery for customers located outside our local service area. Customers are responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with this method.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship boats via standard parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
• We do not currently offer international shipping.
• Title and registration requirements vary by state and must be completed prior to delivery or pickup.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the boat or engine must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving or taking delivery of your boat or engine to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, your refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or customization. These exclusions will be clearly noted in the product description.
