Purchased my new Bayliner VR5 from Gregg at LMC, Gregg, my salesman treated me like family and was very thorough in explaining every detail of my purchase including hands on instructions on operating the equipment on the boat. Have yet to take it out for the first time but very much looking forward to it! I know that if I have any questions or problems, Gregg is just a phone call away.

My son and I have been wanting to purchase a new boat for many years. We did go out a checked on other brands of boats but just wasn't satisfied with the size of boat for the money that we wanted to spend. My son mentioned to me of a boat dealership he knew of which was LMC Marine. I have never heard of this place before, but I trusted my instincts and we decided to go check out what type of boats they had. My son mentioned that the Tidewater Bay Max might be a great choice. The day we went by to see the boats I was very impressed with what I saw and of course we had to move quick if we did like what we saw. We were informed that there were three of the 2110 Tidewater Bay Max remaining on that Friday and when we arrived on Saturday morning, there was only one left. The length of the boat was just perfect and the standard accessories were better that what we expected. Our sales agent was not there that Saturday, but one of the other sales agents was more than happy to help us get this boat started for purchase. We visited LMC Marine again on that following Wednesday to meet with Sean Dvorak to do the purchase completion and add any accessories that we were interested in. Mr. Sean helped us get through the process with ease and the utmost professionalism you could expect. When we arrived back on that Saturday for delivery of our boat, everything that we had added to our boat was done by professionals with the highest quality of installations. Sean went through the boat with us as well as tutoring us on what we needed to do pre-breakin and how to break-in the motor to prevent future damages to the internals. He also sent me information on what to use for fueling and make sure to follow our maintenance schedules. Everything went better than we expected as per the sales, installations and delivery. The staff at LMC Marine really know how to please their customers and I will be one for years to come. Thank you LMC Marine for providing us with a great boat, we took it out for the first time on Thursday Nov. 15th, 2018 and it was a great ride. The boat has a very smooth ride and we did not get any water splashes on us. The ride hitting the waves was like going through the air. No bumpy ride for us. Can't wait to get it back out again. Always love dealing with LMC brought the boat in for service this morning and as usual the staff was great boat was out out by 2pm and ready for the weekend.

I bought my Grady-White out of state used, and brought it to Texas. JB, the service team, and the parts team have been unexpectedly good. I have bought a few things and had a couple of minor repair items taken care of, with total professionalism and efficiency on their part. There have been other things I would have bought had they encouraged me, but they told me to save my money, I wouldn't need "that", whatever it might have been. My current repair came in about $100 under estimate, and they didn't charge me for a couple of things they did at my request, although they certainly could have. They have earned my total trust. I do not say that very often. I do not care where I might be if I have a problem. If I can get the boat onto my trailer, I will be bringing it to LMC.

I had been in the market for a boat for some time. After going to the summer boat show back in June I had decided on the boat that I wanted. I went to the web site for LMC to look around. Greg got with me via e-mail the next day and was able to answer all of my questions. By the end of the week I had bought a boat, all over the phone and by e-mail! This was hands down the easiest big purchase I have ever done. I went in last weekend to pick up my new boat and Greg walked me through the whole rig and explained how everything worked. I just purchased a new Skeeter Bass boat and the tachometer was not working correctly, showed far too many RPM s for my 225 4 Stroke Yamaha outboard. Rather than dealing with the local dealer in my State, due to a previous uncomfortable encounter. I found LMC on line.

I phoned and was able to talk with Service Teck JB . When I told him about my situation with the Tachometer, he told me to send it to LMC attention to him and he would send me another one under warranty if applicable,

It was a warranty item and he promptly returned it to me.

I recently bought a new Crestliner 2000 Bay from LMC at the Houston Boat show. Greg Mclemore was my salesman and he was very helpful getting me just what I wanted and getting it rigged out the way I wanted. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I foiund LMC on line shopping for the Triton 179TRX. The pricing beat anything I found in Louisiana. I immediately connected with and trusted Chad Meyers with the first phone conversation. Within 2 days I hitched up my boat for trade-in and towed it from New Orleans to Houston. Chad was easy to work with, straight forward, and valued us as customers. There were some defective parts on the boat/motor which Chad and Rick in the service department quickly responded to. I was concerned about service since I am 6 hours away. I have been relieved with Chad's continuing commitment to my needs.

I purchased a 2019 Bayliner F-18 in July 2019 and Greg Mclemore. I initial thought of Greg was "he's a typical salesman". After working with Greg on the deal I found him to be very helpful and knowledgable. This was my first NEW boat and Greg was fairly patient in answering my elementary questions and dumbing down the answers. The most impressive part of Greg came after the sales. He has called me several times checking on me, giving me fishing hotspots and providing guidance on accessories i.e. trolling motor. Thus far the LMC experience (Greg in particular) has been great. I will go to Bayliner's site and post my pros/cons regarding the boats

I want to thank Greg in sales for making the the purchasing of the boat so easy and Chris at the service counter for taking care of a few small bugs when I brought the boat in. I was expecting to have to leave it and it was fixed right there on the spot I would say thats fantastic. Customer Service !!!!!
