"Saturday was my first day on the water with my new Retriever 2070 cc in Lake Jackson. The boat did exactly what I expected and some. I am very satisified with my purchase. With the new 2012 115 HP Yamaha motor that thing gets up and goers when i need the power. The boat handled very well in shallow water. I am going after trout fish this time. I caught enough red fish (-: last saturday.
We caught lots of fish, all legal of course.
I can perdict now if i ever make another boat purchase it's going to come form LMC Boats again I was so pleased with the assistance I received from Mike Byrd and the LMC service team.

"I recently had the pleasure of taking two boats to LMC for service. I had purchased one of the boats from a private seller out of state (a 2011 Yellowfin 21 / 250 SHO rig) and the other boat was from another dealer who I shall not name.
I was treated like I had just bought the biggest boats they sell. Everyone there was great! David C, Jeff, Chris and Larry in parts/ service and the techs, Jr and David who worked on my boats. Even Tony the wash and make ready guy was great and sent me off with a complementary small spray bottle of their deck cleaner. When I walked in with paperwork MSOs, etc on the out of state Yellowfin 21 purchase, Ashley was very helpful and said 'Here, let me fill out all of those forms for you - been doing it 6 years - make it easy for you'. Wow, I did not buy the boat from LMC - how good is that?
Anyhow, it is very cool to see people with such great attitudes and willingness to help. They were ready to receive my boats when they said they would and better yet, the boats were ready at the time promised.
They are very professional and scored 10 for 10 in my book.

"David,
I just wanted to send you a note on how wonderful and refreshing it is doing business with your company.
As you know the boat I currently own is the second boat I purchased from LMC. I called the other day for help with some service I needed done on my boat. The boat being located on Lake Livingston and not having a trailer, made it impossible for me to bring it in for service, that did not stop Robert from helping me out. Robert in your service department, on his way home stopped at my lake house and took care of what needed to be done in a QUICK, Professional manner.
In a day and age when companies are having to cut corners that usually effect service LMC has managed to balance all those business preasures while at the same time delevering exemplary service like they promised.
I am not sure what the acronym LMC stands for but as far as I am concerned it stands for LOVE MY CUSTOMER I will never buy a boat anywhere else.
Please share this with whoever you like especially Robert , and feel free to use me as a reference anytime.

I showed up early and my dog and I hung out with these folks and they just made us feel like we were part of the family. Buying the boat? No stress. Jill helped us get the boat and made sure financing was not a sticking point. I usually hate buying anything, but with this, all I had to do was talk about the awesome price and excellent options included. "I lost track of all the people I had called. I wanted a Triton LTS 240 and I spoke with so many people, I had forgotten I had even spoken with LMC and Frank. Then, following a link on the Internet, I had LMC on the line and this young lady named Jill proceeded to get me into what I wanted no matter what I said.. heh. She walked me through every single process and just amazed me at every turn with advice, patience (above all else) and guidance.. "Not a Bad place to do business
Except unhappy with the fact they don't fill your boat up with gas when delivered,new purchase.No Boat safety equipment in boat,life jackets,fire extinguisher,etc. are included.I have bought over ten boats,jet boats,fishing boats pontoon boats have never bought a boat without this equipment furnished with the sale of a new boat.If they were to change that I probaly would be a return customer,but that leaves a bad taste...."

"Every one is Friendly, seems to be very knowledgable & eagar to help.
The reason I rated the purchase a 4 star is because I've had to have repairs done to Troll moter & had to replace ignition switch & Shifter control box. Other than that though my TS18 rides exceptionally well, the 90HP Merc runs exceptionally well. I'm highly satisfied.

"I would say that the sevice at the north houston shop is great. And as far as the boat, it has prefomed great!! It is a Triton VT19 bassboat. I have tested it in very rough conditions on Lake Conroe recently.Myself and my fishing partner were very happy with the way it held up to harsh tournment conditons.THIS IS A GREATPRODUCT AND A GREAT PLACE TO PUCHASE A NEW BOAT!!"

"I want to take time to commend your service department for their good job in fixing my boat. The speed in which they solved the problem says a lot about their expertise. It showed their knowledge of the boat and insight in problem solving.
I know that service is sometimes a thankless job. Good jobs are not praised and if problems arise that are beyond their control they are blamed. I am always treated very well and with respect by everyone from the top down at LMC and I always feel right at home when I drop in for anything.
Again thanks to LMC Service Department for their good job in getting me back on the water - time is money in the charter business and I am back on the water. I wish the weather was as good.
